Who is RSV?: RSV is an outside sales service assisting US and Canadian citizens with affordable reservations to the Hacienda Vista Real.

Why should I book my stay through RSV, rather than with the resort directly?: Reservations through RSV will save you up to 80% or more off retail pricing at Hacienda Vista Real.

How are you able to offer lower prices than the resort itself?: RSV was able to secure a large block of nights at a significantly reduced rate. As a result RSV is able to pass these savings on to you.

How do your reservations work?: Once you place your reservation with us, including payment information, we will confirm your dates with the resort. We will book your dates immediately if they are available. If not, we will notify you via email. Your payment will not be processed until you have received your confirmation number.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?: There is a $50 USD fee for cancellations 90 days or more prior to your reservation's start date, a $100 USD fee for cancellations 30 days prior to your reservation's start date and we do not accept cancellations or changes less than 30 days prior to the start date of your reservation.

Do you offer packages including airfare, or other travel-agent services?: Currently we do not offer airfare services, however we may be able to provide discounted packages in the future.

What is your privacy policy for my email and other sensitive information?: RSV holds your private information in the strictest confidentiality. We do not sell or distribute any personal information you choose to share with us. All credit card transactions are secured with 128-bit encryption, the highest secure connection available. The company is recognized by the "Better Business Bureau".
